She never took pain meds for it since they didn't work so that was never an issue. My biological mom also has fibromyalgia and takes an herbal remedy called Pho-Ti for her pain (not sure of the spelling but sounds like Fo T ). She says it works but she has to take a lot of it. On day 2 she noticed most of her pain was gone. She increased her dose of LDN to 4.5 mg shortly thereafter...I think one month....and she continues to do very well.
